Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase by logging into your account and locating your order.
To start a return, log in, go to your orders, locate the order with the product you wish to return, click on it, and choose the "Request Return" option. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ReturnPro at 7100 Oak Grove Road, Fort Worth, TX, 76140, which is where all of our returns are inspected and processed. Please see more in the "Refunds" section below.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for opened and unsealed supplements. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us to discuss potential options. Please take note however that there are no guarantees on refunds due to buyer's remorse, or on opened products. We may have other options available to you however.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Store credit can not be transferred to a refund instead.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount of the product, minus the original shipping cost you paid on your order. This will be refunded on your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In addition, if a return is not approved for a refund, other options may be available to you, potentially including partial refunds, partial credit and store credit, though this is not guaranteed.
